- Q: How will Terapeak unify its features with eBay?
A: Starting November 12, 2018, Terapeak will start developing features in coordination with eBay's seller tools, provided through the Seller Hub. As a result, Terapeak will enable easier access to eBay sellers with linked seller accounts, and will eliminate feature redundancies between the two applications.
- Q: What do you mean by "you can find all your sales performance information on the eBay Seller Hub?"
A: In December 2018, Terapeak will retire the MySales Dashboard. This dashboard has traditionally served as a way for Terapeak's users to monitor their sales performance. The eBay Seller Hub Performance tab provides all of the same traffic and transaction data, while providing more insight into selling costs and overall listing success. As a result, after November 12, users will be able to find the MySales data they depend on in the Seller Hub Performance tab.
- Q: Can I get my Terapeak MySales Dashboard back?
A: No, in late 2018, Terapeak deprecated the MySales Dashboard. Members can now reference the eBay Seller Hub Performance tab to monitor their sales performance.
- Q: Is there any difference between eBay Seller Hub and the Terapeak MySales Dashboard?
A: The Terapeak MySales Dashboard was traditionally used as a way for Terapeak users to monitor their sales performance. The eBay Seller Hub Performance tab provides some of the same traffic and transaction data, however the review timeframes and down load options are not the same.
Terapeak MySales Dashboard allowed Terapeak members to download/export their sales performance data for the entire duration of their subscription. Terapeak MySales Dashboard also provided the users average sale price of their transactions over a period of time. Average Sale Price (ASP) is currently not available through the Seller Hub for sold inventory per account.
The eBay Seller Hub Performance tab allows eBay sellers to review their sales performance in 90 day increments but does not currently have the ability to download/export the data.
- Q: I see that I'll continue to have access to research through Terapeak's Research 2.0. What about Legacy Research features?
A: Research 2.0 is a faster, more stable search tool. Through Research 2.0, users can conduct all of the same research they've traditionally found in Hot Research, Category Research and Product Research in a single interface. Users will also be able to save their searches using the Saved Searches feature. As a result, after November 12, Terapeak users will no longer have access to Legacy Research tools, but will benefit from Research 2.0's performance improvements and enhanced stability.
- Q: What is the data availability in Research 2.0?

- Q: If I have a paid MySales Pro or 3-year subscription will I be refunded?
A: Yes, a prorated refund effective from November 27th 2018 will be applied to your account for your paid subscriptions. It may take 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected on your account. If you have any issues with your refund you can contact us via this page.
- Q: Are there any other changes coming in the near future?
A: In early 2019, Terapeak and eBay will be unifying their billing, ensuring that existing Terapeak subscribers can continue to manage their billing and subscriptions through eBay's payment processing platform. In order to ensure uninterrupted service, please make sure you've successfully linked a single eBay account to your Terapeak account, and that you've updated your billing information on eBay.
Q: How can I link my account without MySales?
A: Users will be able to link their account through a simple authorization modal that will appear in Research 2.0. This will allow users to benefit from unified billing in 2019, but will also provide users with an easier and faster login experience when signing in with eBay.
- Q: Will there be any change to SEO?
A: SEO is not changing. SEO Pro users will continue to have access to all of the title-building features provided through SEO Pro subscription, and all other users will continue to have access to the free SEO capabilities available to their plans.
- Q: Will I still be able to access Terapeak via my mobile device?
A: At the end of January 2019, Terapeak mobile apps will no longer be available via the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. However, Terapeak will still be available via mobile web browsers. Users can simply visit sell.terapeak.com from their mobile web browser (i.e. Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge), where they will have access to all of the features they expect from the desktop browser experience.

A: eBay and Terapeak will jointly communicate with users. Terapeak users will be notified of upcoming changes via email directly from eBay Marketing, and will also see in-app notifications that provide details on any upcoming platform updates.
