Are you having difficulty logging in? Here's how you can troubleshoot your login difficulties:

Error Message: "Wrong email or password"

If you are getting this message click on the "Forgot your password" link on the login page, just above the Log In button. This will take you to https://sell.terapeak.com/login/password where you can then request a password update email to be sent to you. This email should appear in your inbox within a few minutes. At that time follow the instructions in the email to gain access to your account once again. 

Error Message: "Either user does not exist or not activated"

If you are getting this message when you are trying to reset your password it means you have either entered the wrong email address, registered with the wrong or misspelled email address, OR you signed up for Terapeak originally through the eBay apps centre so you have yet to set a password. 

In this case please contact support letting them know what email you thought you used, your full first and last name, and when you registered. They will help you locate your account, or let you know if you have an account to begin with. 

Error: You reset your password but the login still isn't working. 

If this occurs please contact support by submitting a ticket to our staff at the bottom of this page. 

Please note all emails should be entered in lower-case. There are some instances of the login being case-sensitive.
