Your MySales dashboard shows metrics, trends, and product listings for the seller accounts that you have linked to Terapeak. It can be used to:

  • Analyze your current sales performance
  • Understand your own sales trends
  • Identify high performance or underperforming areas of your business
  • Optimize your current product listings*

* Optimization features such as Sales Predictions and Benchmarking are eBay-focused and may not be available for all linked account types.

Selecting Accounts, Marketplaces, Categories, and Dates

At the very top of your dashboard are a series of selection tools that enable you to filter the information shown on your dashboard. By default, all of your sales data from all of your linked seller accounts is shown.

You can, however, click on each of these controls to display only particular:

  • Seller accounts linked to Terapeak
  • Online marketplaces*
  • Product categories**
  • Time periods and/or date ranges

* Note that marketplaces can only be selected when a particular seller account—that is active on multiple marketplaces—has been selected first.

** Note that product categories can only be selected when a particular seller account—for which category information is available—has been selected first.

The information displayed in the dashboard areas outlined below varies depending on the seller account, marketplace, category, and date range selections that you make as you use your MySales dashboard.

Dashboard Overview Metrics

Your dashboard is shown every time you do either of the following things:

  • Log in to Terapeak
  • Click Dashboard in the navigation bar at the top of the Terapeak application

In the top half of your dashboard, the following metrics are displayed:

  1. Items Sold — The number of items sold over the selected time period
  2. Avg Sale Price — The average sale price of items sold over the selected time period
  3. Total Revenue — The total gross volume of items sold over the selected time period

Below these metrics, you may also see:*

  1. Impressions — The number of times your listing(s) have appeared in search results
  2. Page Views — The number of times your listing(s) have been opened from search results
  3. Click-Through Rate — The percentage of appearances in search results that led to a click
  4. Sales Conversion Rate — The percentage of clicks that ultimately resulted in a sale

* Impressions, Page Views, Click-Through Rate, and Sales Conversion Rate are shown for eBay seller accounts only.

The Active Inventory Tab

The Active Inventory tab shows your current product listings and their sales metrics, including:

  • Price — Your current price for a product
  • Inventory — The number of units that you have available for sale
  • Last Updated — The date on which this data was last refreshed

For listings offered via your eBay or Shopify seller account(s), the following are also shown:

  • Sales Prediction — The likelihood that this title and price will result in an eBay.com sale over the next 30 days
  • Category Average — The average prediction for all other items in the same eBay category

Click on column headers in the tab to sort the results by a particular metric.

Click the Benchmark (binoculars) icon next to an item to compare your current sales performance for this product against competing listings on eBay.com.*

* Benchmarking requires an active Terapeak research subscription.

The Transactions Tab

The Transactions tab shows your listing-by-listing sales metrics, including:

  • Item Image — The primary image shown to shoppers for this product
  • Item Title — The title of the product listing
  • Impressions — The number of times this listing has appeared in search results*
  • Page Views — The number of times this listing has been clicked in search results*
  • Avg Sale Price — The average sale price for purchases made via this listing
  • Items Sold — The number of units purchased via this listing
  • Total Sales — The total gross sales volume resulting from this listing

* Impressions and Page Views data are available only for eBay seller accounts and listings.

Click on column headers in the tab to sort the results by a particular metric.

Click the Research (binoculars) icon next o an item to research its current supply, demand, and pricing characteristics on eBay marketplace(s).*

* Research requires an active Terapeak research subscription.

The Trends Tab

The trends tab represents your sales activity visually, providing an easy way for you to see whether sales are currently increasing or decreasing, and to make period-over-period comparisons.

Click on the drop-down list near the left edge of the chart to select the type of data to be plotted. The following options are available: 

  • Items Sold — The number of items you sold during the period 
  • Avg Selling Price — Your average sale price during the period
  • Total Revenue — Your total gross volume during the period
  • Impressions — Your appearances in search during the period*
  • Page Views — Your listing views during the period*
  • Click-Through Rate — How often search appearances led to views*
  • Sales Conversion Rate — How often views led to sales*

* Charts for Impressions, Page Views, Click-Through Rate, Sales Conversion Rate are available for eBay seller accounts only.

Click "Compare against Prior Period" to include an additional trendline for each period showing the previous period's results. When selected, this feature enables period-over-period performance comparisons.

The Single Prediction Tab*

Use the Single Prediction tab to test the likely performance of particular listing title and listing price combinations on eBay.com.

To use it, follow these steps:

  1. Enter a proposed listing title in the "Title" box.

  2. Enter a proposed price in the "Price" box.

  3. Click the "Submit" button.

You will be shown a percentage representing the likelihood that a listing with the provided title and price will generate at least one sale on eBay.com over the next 30 days.
