Is my subscription fee refundable?

New Purchases and Free Trials

Because we offer a free trial demonstration period for new subscribers, we do not offer refunds for Buy Now purchases and converted trial subscriptions. Please take care to manage your trial status accordingly and avoid the need for a refund.

Monthly Renewals

Downgrading to a free membership ahead of any upcoming renewal will avoid the need for a refund. Access to paid features will cease as of the next scheduled renewal date. We do not offer refunds for monthly purchases or renewals.

Yearly Renewals

Downgrading to a free membership ahead of any upcoming renewal will avoid the need for a refund. If you are subscribing on a yearly basis and your plan has inadvertently renewed for another yearly cycle, use the "Submit a Ticket" button at the bottom of the page to request assistance from our support staff. Terapeak reserves the right to address each refund request on a case-by-case basis. We do not offer refunds for yearly subscriptions outside of the first 30 days of each annual renewal period.

Duplicate Purchases

If you complete the registration process more than once by accident, please click on "Submit a Ticket" at the bottom of this page and let our customer success team know you need assistance with your subscriptions.

eBay Apps Center

If you registered through apps.eBay.com, your subscription will be pro-rated by eBay automatically. A final statement will be sent the month after you unsubscribe and your subscription expires. Cancellation does not cause an immediate termination of subscription fees. You are responsible for fees up until the scheduled expiration date for your plan.
