If you believe that you have found a bug or technical issue, please first read through sections of the Help Center that are related to the tool(s) you were or are attempting to use.
Big data is complex and there are many nuances and trade-offs at issue in making it available to sellers. In some cases, what appears to be a bug reflects a conscious decision made to benefit many other sellers' and address their needs.
If after reading through Help Center materials you believe that a bug or technical problem at issue, or if you are experiencing a service outage, please contact us.
To contact us with a bug or outage report, use the "Submit a ticket" button at the bottom of this article. If possible, please provide:
- The email address that you use to log in to Terapeak
- The tool you were using when you encountered difficulty
- A detailed description of the difficulty
- An approximate mention of when you first encountered the difficulty
Our customer success team will generally respond to your report within 48 hours, often with suggestions for resolution, further questions, or relevant updates. Please note that response times may vary under some conditions depending on seasonal load.
