How do I update or change my billing (payment) details?

In most cases, you can change or cancel your Terapeak billing (payment) information yourself, from within the billing management area of the Terapeak application.

To make a change to your billing information, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to Terapeak.

  2. Click on your email address at the upper-right of the page.

  3. Select "Billing Management" to visit the billing management area of the application.

  4. In the billing management area, update your payment details according to your preferences.

  5. Confirm desired changes as you are prompted to do so.

Can I contact Terapeak and have a real person change my account?

While our customer success team does regularly make account changes requested by customers, it is generally both quicker and easier to make these changes yourself by logging in to Terapeak and accessing your billing management area.

If for some reason you are unable to make a needed change by logging in yourself, please use the “Submit a ticket” button below to request personal assistance. Note that it may take up to 48 hours for our team to respond to your inquiry, depending on seasonal load.
