The Terapeak application supports a variety of settings to enable users to customize the experience to match their needs.

To access the settings area of the application, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to Terapeak.

  2. Click on your email address at the upper-right of the page.

  3. Select “Settings” to visit the settings area of the application.

  4. In the settings area, click “Edit” to change a group of settings and customize your experience.

  5. When desired changes have been made, click “Save” to save your new preferences.

Your new settings will be reflected when you exit the settings area and return to the application.

English is not my native language. Does Terapeak support others?

Yes. In the settings area described above, you can change your default language to any one of the following:

  • English
  • Chinese (Simplified/Mainland)
  • Chinese (Traditional/Hong Kong/Taiwan)
  • German
  • Japanese
  • Italian
  • French

Can I see research figures in currencies other than U.S. Dollars?

Yes. In the settings area, change the “Marketplace Currency” option to one of the wide variety of other supported currencies.

After changing your currency preference, research figures will automatically be converted using current rates to the currency of your choice.

Can I see MySales figures in currencies other than U.S. Dollars?

Yes. In the settings area, change the “MySales Currency” option to one of the wide variety of other supported currencies.

After changing your currency preference, MySales figures will automatically be converted using current rates to the currency of your choice.

Can I provide my time zone for accurate times and dates?

Yes. In the settings area, change the “Home Timezone” option to reflect your local time zone.

After changing your time zone preference, dates and times will automatically be converted to your local time.

Can I change my Terapeak login password?

Yes. In the settings area, update the “Password” field with your new preferred password. To do so, follow these steps:

  1. In the settings area, click the “Edit” button for the “Login Details” options.

  2. Enter your most recent password in the “Old Password” box to verify your identity.

  3. Enter your desired password in the “New Password” box.

  4. Re-enter your desired password in the “Re-type Password” box to ensure that you have typed your new password correctly.

  5. Click “Save” to save your changes.

Note that after saving your changes, you will need to use your new password the next time you log in to Terapeak.

Can I change my Terapeak login and email address?

Yes. However, this change can not be made on a self-service basis in the settings area of the Terapeak application.
